Watching the entire interview of Yuri Bezmenov today, and I know this may sound obvious, but the part where he said that there will be no room for dissent in a communist government, and any dissent will be met with non-human cruelty... that just kind of made me realize the mountain of shit that's in front of us. I say this as the offspring of parents who had the misfortune to grow up in the soviet union.

Look at how the left behaves, and acts. It is a picture perfect model of the things to come. It will be exactly like it was during each and every communist model. Dissenters get character assassinated, killed, or worse sent to a camp, while the masses gleefully cheer and clap out of fear of receiving the same treatment. The farce of tolerance is already dead and buried under the left's leadership today.

My mother always said, there was nothing good in the soviet union. And that they took her youth away. Make of that what you will. It seriously sends chills down my spine to hear how she had to sneak signatures from her superiors to be able to escape to the west. A stack of work documents to be signed, in the middle of it was her permission. She hoped that they would sign it without reading, and they did. Had the supervisor paid more attention to what they were signing, she and the entire family would be punished severely. Instead, they unknowingly sent her off away from the "utopia" to freedom.

I don't know what happened to the supervisor after they found out what they signed, but I can't imagine it ended well for them.
