This summer he was randomly shooting a handgun up & down the street and into the air. Cops were called and never showed up. Last week he was arrested for robbing a kid at gunpoint for his mini bike. Within 24hrs he was back on his porch, eating chips and dancing in the road. There are officially 2 sets of rules in this country right now
