Apparently this guy and his wife are pretty shitty people. Not saying they didn't stand up for their rights, but they are sue happy. They have sued their neighbors many times over petty shit. The husband even sued his own dad 3 times. The last time was an old birthday card that he had from when he was younger where his dad said in the card that he would buy him a house one day. He tried to use the card to get this dad's house while his dad was in a nursing home with dementia. The judge threw the lawsuit out.
Whaaat??? No one is that fucking horrible. I know they exist but it’s hard to even comprehend a person capable of taking advantage of their mentally deficient parent like that
