From what I heard, the budget cuts haven't even started yet.
People could just buy body armor, invest in the second amendment, or form voluntary watchmen, or move out. Eventually the dangerous criminals will be shot dead or permanently disabled if everyone were to invest in the 2nd amendment, and weren't afraid to use it. Get rid of any regulation that prevents people from owning and carrying a fire arm. Gun control is why Blue cities will always fail to curve violent crimes rates.
Sad that peoples first reaction is to run to the government demanding more poison to deal with another poison.

Soros didn't spend 5 years buying DA elections for nothing. get out while you can and aggressively vote red in your new suburb and for the love of god pay attention to elections for mayor, sheriff, DA, town council and county commissioner, those guys have a massive impact on local governance and have the potential to impact your life much more than a congressman, senator, governor or even president, but people care so much less about the races.
I'll watch this later, but the title would lead me to believe that the activists just wanted the police to leave so they could hire new police. It was never their intent to defund the police. It was their intent to fund their police.
