Yup. Just like Russia still has RBMK reactors still operating to this day. Sovereign superpower countries don't give a flying fuck. If an international agency like the IAEA couldn't shut them down, the WHO sure as fuck aren't going to shut down a veritable bio weapons research center in China. The country eats dogs and has a black market for organs. It's an axis of evil.

Remember, rbmk reactors dont explode. It's impossible. Never mind they're the only ones running cheap water regulated reactors operating from a positive void coefficient. It's absolutely improbable that one would even experience a minor containment breach. You didnt see graphite because it's not there. Wait, hold on. I have a bloody nose.
