I’m sending cease and desist letters to businesses on a daily basis. They are all violating the ADA and almost 90% of them have no idea what the individual mandates say. Businesses allowing customers to harass others for not wearing a mask are also in danger of litigation. I would highly recommend that every single person who experiences this type of discrimination sue the fuck out of these businesses and ultimately bring a class action lawsuit against the counties.
It may need new case law to hold up but it clearly falls under the spirit of the act (meaning a person would not be forced to disclose their medical history to random workers at walmart).

How do they violate which ADA? (The anti dumbass amendment?)
American with Disabilities Act

Thanks. I suspected it was not the American Dairy Association, lol.
This course of action is not NEARLY as satisfying as knocking the harasser to the ground, but probably a much better idea.
