Exactly. You have no legal right to film on private property. The manager if he does show up should kick that guy out of the store and ban him for following and harassing customers.

The woman should've just walked away with her mom if she could. It's key to demonstrate this person is physically pursuing you, and do not engage in conversation in any way except to make specific declarations like "stop following me. You are making me uncomfortable. Please stop following me."

Follow those two steps then go ahead and skip the manager, call directly to the police. Or shoot the fucker dead.

Now, the woman can sue Costco for the damage the man made on her because costco failed to enforce it's own store policy.

There's no damage here. Hopefully this woman has forgot about it and moved on. Don't give these morons the satisfaction.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. Paraphrasing Mark Twain.

u/HungNavySeal300Kills I don't know about calling the cops. You're likely to get arrested for no reason if that happens

I’d say he was stalking by filming and following her

Not a fan of false sexual assault allegations, but if she had said that the dude filming her had tried to grope her, he would have shut up immediately.

Same here, I'm no fan of it, but sometimes I feel we need to fight dirty.
