The absolute key was having a person move the microphone around and NEVER handing it over to a journalist. And to have a large distance between them and the podium. So they can't just start shouting questions out of turn or rudely interrupt the answer.

It was such a huge difference to previous events it was really shocking that they couldn't shout and howl in the middle of an answer.
