Constitutional Carry would mean that its an inherent right afforded to us by the Constitution (which I think it shoudl be). In order for me to obtain my LTC I had to submit documentation, meet with the police, have a background check done, etc. That was not the wish of our founding fathers, basically asking for permission.
This is why we have Constitutional Carry.
