Can the MO governor just have a pardon written for them so when the crooked D.A.'s police squad shows up, they can just hand them the pardon and tell them to leave?

The couple is a wealthy lawyer. I think they should just fight back.

A pardon requires admission of guilt. The governor should preemptively commute any punishment.

True, but unlike Roger Stone, these people work. Don't you thing the MO bar would LOVE to pull their law licenses so they could no longer work as lawyers?

These people stood up to BLM. That type of chutzpah cannot be tolerated by liberals. Liberals will use any method to fuck them over. I'm just assuming that the state bar is run by liberals. Even if it isn't, a felony conviction would strip them of their rights to own the very guns that may have already saved their lives.

Stone wasn't a gun owner, and didn't have any kind of state license that could be revoked. In other words, they had already bankrupted him with lawyer bills fighting the case. A commutation means there is nothing else they could do to Stone. This couple has more to lose.
