Test Run, 2024 is the Real Run. Personally I'd back Tucker Carlson.

rooftoptendie 285 points ago +290 / -5

I want GEOTUS again. First term doesn't count because of the coup.

But if that can't happen, I'd be down with DJTJR, Gaetz, Nunez, possibly James Woods, possibly Tucker....

There are a few others I miiiight go for, but NO IVANKA. That is a HARD PASS ON IVANKA.

40
J-C-P 40 points ago +41 / -1

Hawley will be in the mix.

21
OnlySlightlyNaughty 21 points ago +21 / -0

I like Hawley, but sometimes he shoots so far off target I scratch my head. He needs a few more years in the minors, but he is certainly on track.

What I don’t want is someone who jumps at every sensationalist moment to make the press. I think he will mature in time and we should keep our eye on him.

No Ivanka and no Jared

60
Bacontastegood 60 points ago +62 / -2

Yes hard pass on Ivanka, she had some very liberal views in 2016

34
quarantinedeeznutz 34 points ago +45 / -11

Why does no one ever mention Pence? I think he's extremely underrated

55
rooftoptendie 55 points ago +60 / -5

because we don't trust pence entirely. You see, deeznuts, there are really only two types of people in this world. Those who would trust pence as president, and those who don't like neil diamond.

Helmerj 10 points ago +10 / -0

Great reference

I think he's playing his role and not trying to outshine the boss. It will be interesting to see who Trump endorses when the time comes. That will naturally be my choice

16
TheNeighborhoodTroll 16 points ago +16 / -0

Exactly, if he started slamming the dems with devastating passion every other day.. I would jump behind him immediately.

I need to see Pence’s true hatred towards the communist left, and I want to hear his plans to eradicate this marxist sickness of our planet.

13
VoltronGreen1981 13 points ago +14 / -1

Old school Christian Conservative is not going to win over independents and dissatisfied liberals in the way someone like Trump can. Sad but true.

6
OnlySlightlyNaughty 6 points ago +6 / -0

The curse of the VP.

I would offer Biden as an example, but he is just suffering from dementia.

Pence is more like the the Al Gore of vps.

4
NvJohansson 4 points ago +4 / -0

Pence is a great low profile 1st mate, but we need a pirate at the helm.

20
ChelseaHubbell 20 points ago +21 / -1

Pence is an old style politician and those types are dead after Trump won. That's why you see very different Dems rising up like the squad etc. The old guard is done.

For some reason the left wants to run an old guard vs Trump though.

10
MAGA_conservative 10 points ago +10 / -0

Excellent analysis.

3
MeatloafFvck 3 points ago +3 / -0

The left has no one else to run

5
EagleI 5 points ago +5 / -0

I want to know why he got the same "surprise" letter as Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden at the Bush funeral.

3
rooftoptendie 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is really at the root of my mistrust of him.

5
BananaWizard 5 points ago +5 / -0

Pence is nice but low energy

20
ClownTamer 20 points ago +20 / -0

I’m not sure there’s been a president that faced so much opposition while in office as Trump. Obama had people getting in his way, but it was nothing like this. He never had to deal with repeated coup attempts and an armed insurrection. This is real shit.

I’m down for Jr or Tucker. I don’t like the idea of political dynasty families but to me this is just picking somebody I know I can trust to continue on where Trump left off. Somebody that isn’t bought out. Somebody that’s actually going to be a real political candidate and not another deep state election between a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich.

Jr would at least have direct access to Trump himself and all his resources. Tucker’s more of a wild card, and honestly I prefer Tucker doing what he’s doing than being president, which I’m sure he would as well. We can’t take one of the only honest guys in an entire news medium and leave a vacuum there. He’s also got no real management experience and has never been in office. Jr’s been there with his dad this entire time and has more practical experience here. Tucker can still man the turrets on TV.

10
rooftoptendie 10 points ago +10 / -0

That is exactly what I was just saying not a moment ago somewhere else in this thread! The only thing that matters is that we get someone in we can TRUST 100%. If we get some kind of Crenshaw situation, we are so fucking fucked.

I'm not even sure I trust Cruz. Maybe. But maybe not. And that's just not exactly good enough when the stakes are this high.

11
OnlySlightlyNaughty 11 points ago +11 / -0

Cruz was really honest during the impeachment nonsense. Pound the table and all that.

I still prefer a non-politician who has experience with a company. Somewhere where failure isn’t rewarded.

6
DoYouBelieveInMAGA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Just saying I never get this "oh I don't want a political dynasty" argument from Trump supporters. I think Jr. is more of an ideologue and I think he's further to the right than his dad. So Trump supporters would pass on 4 or 8 more years just for some principal that hasn't existed for decades already? It's kinda silly.

3
jennyfrutex 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'd be okay with Jr. even if he weren't Trump's son, you know? I like him. He's hilarious when he's a guest on Crowder's show. And from everything I know of Trump, he avoids unearned nepotism; he expects his children to earn their opportunities.

Don Jr. is worlds away from a Hunter Biden, so I'd have zero problems voting for him.

2
ClownTamer 2 points ago +3 / -1

I think for a lot of us we just remember Bush Sr and Jr and then Clinton 1 followed by a delayed Clinton 2 push. If you don’t have to work as hard for something, like Trump did, then there’s more of a chance to be bought out and give up. Not that I think Donald Jr would do that. He seems as legit as Trump, just without the autistic magical powers.

I want a Don Jr/Eric Trump ticket. Trump/Trump 2024? Why not?

The Founding Fathers never wanted Legacies, it's why they fought against the King / Queen bullshit from the start of this nation.

IMO, we do not have time to dick around with nitpicky shit. we just need someone we can TRUST to MAGA. If we can't get a maga candidate in after GEOTUS, we are so so so so so so so fucked. And there are precious few who are 100% trustable. Lots of people are like 80% trustable. And thats how you get a fucking Crenshaw. We can't afford a single mistake in these perilous times. So if he ran, he'd get my vote. Of course, if he ran for anything, he'd get my vote.

Bush too.

3
ChelseaHubbell 3 points ago +3 / -0

Throw in a couple of Roosevelt's too. That isn't the most common of last names

2
blackkit27 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly there were others in between, just like the same family back to back. It would have been no different then Bill, Hillary and Chelsea going back to back to back.

So we want Trump in office for two terms, yet someone that is probably going to be in line with, if not more conservative than his father, is a no?

Gotta have MUH PRINCIPALS even if it destroys the country

someone finally mentioned TED!! Ted Cruz, Tim Scott, Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton. I think the 2024 field will be stacked full of potential candidates!

Imo we need tucker to stay where he is. He has a massive audience that he tells the truth to and only attracts more people by the day. The best part is he calls out everybody including the feckless gop when they need to be.

6
Cleakman 6 points ago +6 / -0

The world changes a lot in 4 years - I have a feeling especially this next 4. We may need him.

11
AlphaPepe 11 points ago +17 / -6

What about a Tucker & Kanye run?

26
adm0079 26 points ago +32 / -6

Kanye doesn't have the intellect, among many other things.

13
Butt-or-Face 13 points ago +18 / -5

Kanye has God on his side. The man has a role to play, mark my words! To be as rich as him and turn to Christianity is a miracle.

6
Veritas2020 6 points ago +7 / -1

Kanye has a mental disorder, maybe more than 1. And I'm not saying that to be mean or because I dislike him, he's simply not mentally fit to be in politics.

Not to mention he would never win

-8
SouthernJohn -8 points ago +6 / -14

I doubt hes saved by the blood of Jesus. If he were he would be dead or entirely shunned and he is not. The only blood he most likely knows he the blood of dead children Kardashian drinks

4
RumorControl 4 points ago +8 / -4

Ok but Tucker does, and what exactly does a VP even DO other than be a hype man?

15
YoLLamaIsSoFat 15 points ago +16 / -1

Run our country if Tucker dies unexpectedly.

Also run a global pandemic task force apparently lol. Not something I'd entrust to Kanye.

I like Kanye, and I believe he would be a great ambassador or even a great Ambassador - but I can't imagine him being 2nd in line to run the ship.

9
catbertz 9 points ago +9 / -0

Ok I just visualized the State of the Union with Yeezy working the crowd before the speech. 😂

7
covfefe2525 7 points ago +8 / -1

I always thought the VP is the "you really don't want this guy running the show" guy. Think how shit-scared the left would be if the religious Terminator were POTUS?

5
Generaallucas 5 points ago +5 / -0

A VP handles then politicking in Washington, hence why Trump picked Pence.

You'll need someone who knows their way around. Cruz, Rubio, etc.

2
papaMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Presidency is not all about intellect, he is the power to move the entire culture. He would need a intellectual running mate though, which wouldn't be Tucker, but maybe someone equally smart.

-1
adm0079 -1 points ago +2 / -3

I said "among other things." And American culture doesn't need his influence.

1
Cleakman 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don’t think that intellect is the issue Ye has to deal with. He is probably among the highest levels of trait creativity and openness. I think this is why he has been able to shift culture - that’s no small feat.

Although He needs to calm his mind - it’s too spastic to be calm calculated and presentable. Necessary traits. Maybe he will get there.

That is also how Tucker balances him out. Idk if they could work effectively together though.

At least that is my take.

3
DoYouBelieveInMAGA 3 points ago +3 / -0

If we're really gonna discuss this ridiculous scenario of Kanye/Tucker, Kanye probably thinks Tucker "is racist".

1
adm0079 1 point ago +1 / -0

Where does everyone get the idea that rapping makes one a creative genius? Go out and view some real art, or listen to some actual music.

1
MAGA_100X 1 point ago +1 / -0

Did 43?

1
adm0079 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't think so. But corruption was the bigger issue there imo. And 44, the teleprompter-in-chief, didn't have what it took either. He had all of 43's flaws on steroids.
