I'm shocked at how many pedes took this way too seriously and didn't do a little digging to find out who Chad is. These guys run a youtube channel just for trolling.
They went to a city council meeting and filed a motion to erect a Paul Walker statue in San Clement or some other town. They're hit or miss in terms of their comedy but they're definitely just trolling/parodying
I suspected as much when they stayed chill, lighthearted, and respectful. They’re also somewhat groomed and not either of limp soy noodles or butterbeasts.

I could tell they were just being funny pretty quickly.
