The further south you go in Orange County, the fewer people you will see wearing masks. I guarantee that there's less than 10 percent of the people wearing masks in south OC, maybe one percent if that at the beaches. I was at San Clemente over the Fourth and people were throwing house parties and bombing hills in wagons without a single mask in sight. Either they know the coronavirus is bullshit or they just don't give a fuck, but probably both.
