Great answer, most politicians don't have the balls to say something like this even though it's fact.
I asked my wife this morning if she’d seen Trump respond to the question they asked Trump about why blacks are still getting shot by police and she gets all indignant and goes “No but what a dumb fucking question!”
We have the best wives, folks.

Yeah that’s a great answer.
Because 4% of the black population commits 50%+ of the violent crime in this country and they believe resisting arrest and fighting police is normal.
They have zero respect for authority because most black kids are raised without their fathers because black culture is cancerous and calls their women bitches and hoes. Black women are more materialistic than any other population of women so the men either leave them because they can't meet their ridiculous expectation or they doubt they're the actual father of the kid because the women are too busy being hoes like their idols Niki Minaj and other whore celebrities.
Black people also very rarely get married since Democrats introduced the welfare state. Black women get more benefits if there is no man in the household. What do you think happens when you give a woman this power? They kick the man out of the house and stay poor for generations to come. Democrats get a permanent voter and another black family becomes a statistic.

Yeah personal responsibility has to be a factor to what's happening to black people, it's too easy to blame everyone else for their problems. I put most of the blame on black people themselves.

My theory is that the left will suddenly acknowledge the existence of "per capita" when trying to refute the President on the "more white people died" claim.
"Well actually, per capita fewer white than black people die"
Then when you tell them, yes, but there's not identical crime rates between races, that despite being just 13% of the population....yada yada....they'll suddenly go back to not understanding what per capita means.
