Because the 400+ upvotes on a thread blaming women for the libtard movement, that includes upvoted comments about how we never should have given women the right to vote and it all started with Eve and the Jezebel spirit, is fucking disturbing. https://thedonald.win/p/GIgpR3pu/always-the-women/ Are the men upvoting that shit the same ones complaining about not being able to find a good conservative wife? Because a good conservative wife isn't going to put up with that level of disrespect, fyi.

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers-out of unorthodoxy."

OMG George Orwell even called the Karens...

This is why this post got 438 upvotes. Whatever people said below that is a niche within a niche of people that visit this website.

I thought that argument was silly until I did some research on the Karen meme.

It may have started as a funny way to identify a type of woman just about everyone knows and dislikes dealing with, but it has been co-opted to mean something else entirely.

In sjw world, Karens caused Emmitt Till's death, the Tulsa race massacre and worst of all, vote for Trump.

But it’s the liberal white women that are the Karen’s, that’s the problem. they are sympathetic to everything that’s thrown at them through a smart phone like Black Lives Matter.

not at all, leftist cunts are the Karens right now. but it wasnt that long ago that right wing women were doing it.

it's just an undesirable female persona, borne from decades of realizing they can get away with anything because we're not allowed to hit them now. fuck all Karens. they just happen to be swinging in from the left now.

I think everyone here recognizes that our society has gone crazy. And I think looking back at history has caused people to evaluate where that happened. Was it with Obama, Clinton, Nixon, LBJ? Was it in Wilson an Roosevelt and the pact made with Stalin? Was it in the progressive movement as a whole- which included first wave feminism? Was it in the civil war, reconstruction and the second founding of our country-with the 14th amendment? A very few conservatives even think the founders got things wrong by setting up things like stari decisis.

Really, I think we see 5 inflection points- Obama/Clinton, LBJ and the explosion of rights, the progressive era, reconstruction and the growth of the federal govt, and the founding. I know there was something profoundly politically different with reconstruction and I know there was something socially different with progressivism. The same template for LBJ and Clinton/Obama. Political changes take a generation or two to produce profound social and societal changes.

In truth I think there is something true to the idea that we are now in the third version of the republic. We went from republic to Empire to proxy.

Do I lay this slide at the feet of women? Of course not. Do I think that women should vote? Yes. Do I think society would work better if we went back only to landed educated men voting? Probably not. But I think the tone here for many is how to be supportive of the goals of one part without the following history? How to support the republic prior to empire or first wave feminism without it's degenerate third wave granddaughter who can barely figure out what sex is.

In truth I think there is something true to the idea that we are now in the third version of the republic. We went from republic to Empire to proxy.

I don't agree.

In fact, I think the Republic has been thwarted by the various aristocracies operating with political parties and other organizations as fronts.

This is a very long war for our Independence.

We don't even really have the first Republic.

But we will.

The reason the war is so long?

We're not fighting for the independence of a country.

We're fighting for freedom for all humanity.

And the ghouls, the vampires just can't let go.

I think it's just an outlet for frustration from a small percentage of men. Most guys I've met in real life and on TD are very respectful of women (especially conservative ones). I do understand how someone could get frustrated. I, as a woman, have been very frustrated at some of my liberal women friends who are very anti-gun, and in the same breath complain about being afraid to walk to their cars at night, or live alone. Liberal women get way more airtime and are way more likely to discuss their views openly in person, so some people start to perceive that all women are liberal, which isn't the case.

It seems to be just a few pinheads, but they are consistent about posting their desire to disenfranchise their mothers, grandmothers, aunts and sisters.

I'm sure the next move is to disallow women from owning property or opening a line of credit.

After that they will ensure women wear approved clothing.

It might be a 4chan troll.

Someone posts over there a fair amount on a female unshodding movement -- take their shoes. Essentially, keep them barefoot and pregnant.

Looking at the responses to this and the other thread mentioned, it doesn't seem like only a few. It seems a few are speaking for many. Any community that lets jerks and children be the loudest voices in the room has a problem they shouldn't continue to ignore.

SisterCovfefe 2 points ago +2 / -0

You have a point.

It could be argued that taking away rights from women isn't MAGA and therefore doesn't belong on the board.

I have no problem with women because I am unmarried and not currently dating any women.

Basedmedicaldoctor has corrected the record. I’ve seen the same sentiment other times that women shouldn’t vote, probably the same person. There are jerks on both sides, IMO.

dookiebot 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah I have seen a few comments here "Woman should have never got the right to vote" as well as people getting sexual like release by saying the n word. It is a small number, but any upvotes applied to those comments bother me.

We have free speech here. But PLEASE pedes. Don't take the left's approach to free speech by saying whatever you want because you can. That is low level, lazy grandstanding.

The point of free speech is being able to say the truth without the fear of being silenced/jailed/killed ect. People are losing their jobs/lives for suggesting "All Lives Matter". If you want a hill to die on, please choose a hill like that over a smaller hill like demeaning women or minorities. It's cheap and you know costs you nothing.

We have antifa in the streets causing mayhem and destruction, cities filled with violence, governors and mayors taking away our freedoms with this mask crap etc, progressives trying everything they can to undermine our leader in multiple coup attempts, who knows what craziness between now and the election in a bid to steal it, conservative voices being silenced in a constant assault but by all means let's foster disagreements among ourselves as MAGA loving Trump supporters.

4
Daisymae [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

MAGA loving Trump supporters shouldn't foster disrespect of half their base

1
leonine6 1 point ago +1 / -0

As a MAGA loving Trump supporter I don't expect everyone to agree with me all the time.

dookiebot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Go back and re-read your statement and then ask yourself, with all that happening in this country. Why would we be cheering on the use of the n word here and laughing about women should have never got the right to vote? This is a serious battle happening in the country. It's time to sober up a bit. The memes be high energy not low energy.

leonine6 0 points ago +1 / -1

I don't see anything that I would describe as 'cheering on' this behavior. There will always be a few jerks. Ignore them and move on.

Wait...so liberal females aren’t batshit crazy?

My life experience says that statement is.....false.

one of the most mindblowing 'algorithm' vids I ever got on youtube [fuck google/alphabet- an arabic phonetic word which means "inside the house", keep in mind] was either by blackpigeonspeaks or blackpilled, I forget, one of those guys I dont watch that much but youtube thought I'd like it.

It was a video whose thesis was basically 'these hoes aint loyal', but it BACKED IT UP so well that I was left stunned afterwords.

I grew up with females that were smarter than me by alot. But I'm willing to listen to an argument that says women are biologically incapable of national loyalty. It's interesting.

unpopular opinion: I really don't think women should vote. The democrats would never win another election. Women vote with emotion. They often are not informed about what is going on at all. This obviously isn't the case with all women, but there is a trend.

I also am very much against women in the military (in combat roles) and female police officers. Let's stop playing pretend. Men and women are different. Roles that have a high likelyhood of violence/physcial combat are not for women. I have seen countless videos of women police officers getting man-handled or just straight up in the way when a suspect starts fighting back. They aren't helping unless they go to lethal force which often isn't justified in the situation

The question is whether the disrespect for women in general is as popular an opinion here as it sometimes seems to be
