What's my worldview? There are unfortunate genetic differences as it concerns intelligence which brings all sorts of problems but to translate that into Africans are permanent cave dwellers is ludicrous. My view of the situation relies on the empirical data, Africa is becoming rich quickly. Child mortality is already down to the levels it was in the west in the 1950s and by the end of this century what we understand as African poverty will be extinct. Obviously there are all sorts of dangers that arise from their IQ levels and say democracy but we have already demonstrated that Africans don't have to live in subsistence and starvation.
