I haven’t worn a mask. When I go inside a store I see maybe one more that isn’t also.

From what I see if they force another shutdown because of that it’s bs. 99% are sheep/complying.

Texas.

Here in our lovely Capital, not to be mistaken for a third-world country, businesses are mega pushy about it. I've started wearing a beard net over my obscene mouthole.

It literally does nothing, but no one can stop this mad lad.

So they're damned if they do, damned if they don't? Great policy you got there

HIPPA and the 4th Amendment don't apply. Change it to "Americans with Disabilities Act" and it's perfect.

Actually under HIPAA you are not allowed to require people to disclose personal medical info, so it works.

HIPAA applies to health plans and health care providers. It doesn't apply to random people or businesses. Plus, it doesn't prevent anyone, even covered entities, from asking health questions; it only regulates how that information is kept private after it has been received.

We needed to get some stuff for an upcoming event and there was a sign on a store that said, "Mask required to enter store'

I reluctantly entered with a mask but once inside I removed it.

The other half asked my why I removed it and I said I complied with the sign.

I used it to enter the store as the sign said but now that I was inside I did not need it. As per the sign.
