I believe if you want to end bad police encounters then stop passing stupid laws and stop the malicious speed traps. If legislatures had to enforce the laws themselves, they wouldn't pass the laws.

And in other news, drag trafficking and missing person cases suddenly skyrocket since no one will be able to stop crimes in progress via probable cause.
I can't wait to see the Utopia that California will become. I left Detroit 33 years ago and it seems like the whole state of California is gonna evolve to the same "Modern Ghost Town" that Detroit became.
