If 92% of Republicans weren't a mixture of corrupt and ball-less, they would of repealed this years ago. The best thing to do is bring awareness and have trump talk about it. And tie it to the overt propaganda going on these days. Maybe his support in his 2nd term to override it.
All Trump needs to do is write an EO banning the use of propaganda in the US. The left will be all up in arms and some activist judge will put a stay on his EO.
