I've never seen anyone dumb enough to argue that West Africans are going to compete in marathons with East Africans. I've never seen the argument that East Africans could beat West Africans in sprinting if the culture in Kenya valued sprinting as much as Ghana.
Yet, when it comes to the brain- oh it's just culture.
People don't have to celebrate it. You stress to people that any individual has unlimited potential. Which is true. But you don't ignore it either. And when people are honest then can they begin to develop the right habits beginning in their homes, their communities and then eventually it will develop into their culture. It doesn't necessarily have to take a long time either. Ignoring it definitely wont fix it. Doing the opposite of everything on this list because of it wont fix it either.
Oh yeah, because of the myriad of non white cultures and countries that value individualism.

Serious question, what do you want people to say? Scientific tribalism is "justified" tribalism. No thinking man wants to live in that world.
You think lying is preferable? You think we should draft, enact, and enforce policy based on lies?
