80% of that sounded like a compliment to me.

The other 20% is pretty lame "lol white people don't like spices" bullshit.

No, white people have actual fucking sanitation so we don't have to overseason the shit out of everything in order to cover up the taste of rotting meat.

I love spices in various contexts. I don’t know what they’re talking about.

Not to mention that all the hottest peppers are grown by white dudes. Scotch Bonnet, Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper, all grown by white dudes.

It's a mistake to be offended.

American culture is descended from Western European culture.

Some think we are "cultureless" or our values are "universal", but they are not. This viewpoint permeates the neo-con / open borders crowd. They think everyone has an American on the inside waiting to come out. All we need to do is overthrow the dictators suppressing our fellow Americans-on-the-inside; or all we need to do is bring them here and they can let their inner-American flourish.

Hogwash.

Some cultures value time as a commodity. Others don't. Some cultures value delayed gratification and education, while others don't.

I'm not interested in telling anyone how to live, but I'm not going to act surprised that cultures that don't work hard, don't value time, don't value education, don't compete, and don't delay gratification aren't as materially successful as those that do, nor do I see any reason why society should make concessions for those that don't have the same values.

If you choose leisure over work, then you have received your payment in full. Society is not obligated to also provide you with the rewards of work.
