Communists don't have rights.

Before we go all activist on them, we should recite the Communist Control Act, which is not in force.

That way, we can push to have it resurrected legally.

It's just common sense. You have rights as long as you respect the Constitution. When you try to overthrow the government and install a communist government, you have forfeited any rights you previously held.

Excerpt: [Communists] are not entitled to any of the rights, privileges, and immunities attendant upon legal bodies created under the jurisdiction of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof; and whatever rights, privileges, and immunities which have heretofore been granted to said party or any subsidiary organization by reason of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof, are terminated....
