I'm pretty sure that it would be impossible to hack Trump's twitter, even with a twitter admin account, because that's national security right there. If someone hacked his account and said something like "I've decided to launch nukes against Russia", it would be a crazy thing. So I'd imagine they have extra safeguards in place, setup by the government, that sets his account apart from others and requires multiple accounts to be able to access to make changes like that. Sure, they can block his tweets, but I'm sure they can't just willy nilly tweet under his name if they wanted, it would be too dangerous for a tech company to have that much power. And you know if they did, they'd be facing some serious prison time, regardless of how innocent the fake tweet was, and regardless of how well they tried to cover their tracks or blame it on someone else.
This, at the very least they probably have him using two-factor authentication since I'm sure cucks with nothing better to do are trying to hack his account all the time.
