True - I was shooting for the funnies.

On a more serious note, they COULD have slid in some real subtle stuff that even their staffers would have a hard time explaining... stuff that would subtly obliterate Lefty unity, or similar. Something akin to Robert Heinlein's explanation of how to best use language and propaganda in the short story If This Goes On...

Oh I got the point and that's what makes it's so funny!

And who's to say they haven't or won't jack other people more subtly?

First thought though was this is legal defense for the upcoming legal troubles many in DC are facing. (But I'm a dreamer)
