I just got home from my three times per week hemodialysis treatment. My treatment was cut short and my blood returned because I took my mask off for roughly 30 seconds to talk to someone who called me because they couldn't understand me with the mask on. How is that even legal? I'm getting this treatment to help me live and they cut it short. A shortened treatment is known to be very risky for many, well documented reasons. Does anyone have any advice? I'd greatly appreciate it. It just seems to go against the Hippocratic Oath doctors take and defies all logic.

Thank you all in advance. I couldn't think of anywhere else to go for sound advice.

looks like the medical community in this case is not your friend

Are there any other places that you can go?
