I like all the stuff you can do with a small selection of ingredients. "Well I got some ground beef, but I also have chicken...should I cook the chicken for fajitas or shred it for tacos? The latter sounds good...oh I should try that with queso!"
can confirm its good. I personally wouldn't call it life changing, but Im scandinavian and we don't really do "exotic". We're more likely to judge the tastiness of a food based on how white it is.
I washed parsley like two weeks ago and put it on a paper towel and stored it in a plastic container in the refrigerator. It is still fresh from two weeks ago!
I started doing that with all my vegetables. They last forever! Even lettuce! I have NOT tried cilantro yet.
I’ll bet it’s the same thing. I hate buying it because I always throw it away. I don’t leave vegetables in the plastic bags from the grocery store anymore.
It’s a little like food prep. It Really works!! Oh man I’m dyin about it now. I used to throw so much away. Ok I had to share this about the cilantro. Peace ✌️

I have the gene that causes cilantro to taste and smell like soap.. so I'll pass on that. The rest is good though. I love Mexican food.
I'd rather just use the hot sauce! I love me some heat
Keep cilantro in a paper bag, or in a container with some paper towels in it. It'll last longer. Same thing with the Mexican raddish if you slice them

mayo > ketchup
sour cream > guacamole
potatoes > corn chips
white rice > brown rice
almond cookies > raisin oatmeal cookies
milk > juice
alfredo > puttanesca
I'll have to try that sometime, sounds amazing.

If you find you are throwing away a lot of cilantro or parsley try making some Argentinian chimichurri sauce. It's good if you like garlic.
Sounds awesome! I will remember that. Thanks Chelsea
OLE Crema in the squeeze bottle is my go-to! I love that stuff.
"Crema" is amazing. Also don't forget Goya makes some great cookies. The chocolate "Maria" cookies are great. Not too sweet and great for dunking.
