91 is slightly high for a resting heart rate. And 100 is slightly high for SpO2. It's really easy to get to 100% SpO2 if you consciously increase your breathing for just a few seconds. But this omits the fact that you can have significant cognitive impairment at 100% SpO2 when inspirated CO2 levels go above 1000 ppm, which they always will be when wearing a mask for more than a few minutes. The cognitive impairment has nothing to do with SpO2 and the mechanism of action is not yet well-understood yet its effects are well-recorded and documented in numerous studies. When wearing a mask for extended periods -- especially when in an enclosed environment with poor air circulation -- CO2 levels can easily exceed 4000ppm. Even far exceed that amount (10,000ppm+). These levels are considered toxic.
Pulse oxis are $50 OP. Numerous people have measured themselves and noted a decrease in spO2 with mask wearing. One photo of a person without hypoxia does not negate the other's experience of hypoxia.
She said she is wearing an N95 mask which allows medical people to EXHALE their breath! She is covering it up with a surgical mask. WHY?
