Pro tip, butter beans are an excellent addition to most dishes.

I particularly like them in my 7 bean salad recipe (great for BBQs):

• 2/3C apple cider vinegar
• 1/3C honey
• 1/4C olive oil
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 finely chopped green pepper
• 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
• 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can wax beans, drained
• 1 can green beans, drained
• 1 can butter beans, drained
• 1 can navy beans, drained.

Mix all that shit together in a big bowl (start with the "dressing" then add beans and toss them gently in it).

Better if you make it the day before and let it mingle in the fridge overnight.
