Blame the French "philosphers" of the Jacobin (father of "marxism) persuasion.

Rousseau I think.

Always conquerers who use this revisionist "race" history tactic.

Ignorance is as bad as crack in turning people into total criminals.

They're the nasty little flowers of abomination, sprouted in the garden of Rousseau, Hegel, and Marx (along with some lesser known contemporaries).

Dewey, don't forget him.

The commie strand has alternatively tried to discredit the phenomenological strand in its typical propaganda labeling over the decades, and when that hasn't fully worked, they try to absorb it and make it their own like the vile, transparent hypocrites they are. The hallmark of ALL leftist philosophy is and has always been nebulous, abstract labeling with scads of "social science" jargon attached. When that doesn't work they hypocritically try to subvert and project competing, more rigorous schools of thought. Sound familiar in other cultural aspects?

Yes, it was Rousseau -- who was an absolute dickhead. He gets the blame for a lot of things, deservedly. Absolute degenerate and hypocrite.
