It's like buying a house for 5 dollars on an auction that belonged to a hoarder before they died. You can say, as an objective fact "Every single room is full of garbage, shit, rotting food, and vermin." Until you, the homeowner, solves the problem. There is no reason why Black People can't externalize for just a moment, look objectively at "Black Culture" and "The Black Community," and say "Wow, people see us stealing and killing rand raping and dealing crack. We need to stop this shit," and take a generation to get things back on track.
By and large, though... they just don't. Because all their heroes, who are led by the party of the KKK, insanely enough, tell them that if you don't do crack and steal and walk out on pregnant girls, you ain't black. Just ask Joe Biden.

Dude Harlem is a fucking mess. I was getting off the 6 train and when I walked up the stairs I saw this guy just absolutely covered in blood. He was using paper towels to wipe the blood off of himself. This dude was black but at the time he was red, that was the level of blood we are talking about. People were just walking past him like it was nothing but the dude was straight dripping. He had about four medics around him and maybe two or three cops standing around him and an ambulance behind them.
Then I see this black dude run up with a big metal pipe in his hand and starts asking him questions, the dude pointed and said "He went that way" and with a nod the guy with the pipe ran off and the cops could only manage a small "No wait don't go..."
At this point I had seen enough and wandered off myself. I'll never forget that day. Shit was crazy.
Hard to stand up for a group who is so dumb that they keep voting for the party that thinks so little of them that they believe they're not able to get a drivers license, succeed without lowering the bar or mandating they be hired, etc.

As I recall, children raised by smart parents are smarter even when they are adopted. There is a component of nuture along with nature.
