Happy White History Month!!! Today I’d like to celebrate the invention of the train! Freight trains were used to inexpensively transport bulk cargo across long distances. Passenger trains were then used to transport large numbers of people over long distances.

Thank you for your work! Right now I am in a Campground close to the main BNSF line. Kinda romantic to hear those horns as the train approaches a crossing.
I wish more people realized how efficient rail transportation is. Truckers are important, but rail can move more freight at a lower cost per lb per mile than any semi.
