I tuned in not too long ago during my commute. It was a couple of young female gender studies grads from UW talking about the racism of white women’s hair styles on college campuses. They were serious about it, the use of ‘like’ permeating every sentence. Like, totally serious. They preach to the choir here in Seattle so the topics get more and more bizarre and unhinged without anyone reigning them in. Its REALLY fucking weird over there on KUOW.
