This is the perfect pasta to serve here. I hope it's classic Bolognese including offal and pancetta or guanciale. Lovely spread. Off topic but I gotta talk when I see simple, sexy food. A bottle of best virgin oil is missing but I expect it's just not visible in the photo. I wonder if Stone does the cooking... I'm excited and proud that this man is free and I was impressed to hear that during all this mess, he knew all would be ok because of his recent (January) reconnect with our Lord, Jesus Christ.
