There's a faction of the globalist cabal that is trying to move us and the rest of the West against China. It started a few years ago when Kissenger came out of his hole and warned against China. Wray coming out recently against the Chinese threat is another example of this. Barr speaking out against China doesn't indicate much, in my view. In fact, it might be the opposite. If he had no reason as AG to to talk about China policy, it could indicate he's following the same script Wray is.
That's a good question. I can't answer it, directly. But, so far as their anti-China rhetoric gives power to true anti-Chinese policy, I'd say it's probably the latter and not the former.
They made a deal with the Chinese at some point, knowing full well that the Chinese would probably try to exploit it for their own benefit. My guess is, they see China as veering outside the deal and want to rope China back into their vision of the NWO.
