Good Morning Pedes!
Those who ignore their history are doomed to repeat it. In several other posts I've thrown around the term Kristallnacht, and unfortunately, many of the younger pedes here don't know what it is. Lets correct that.
In 1938, as Nazis were rising to power, an oppressed Jew shot and killed a German ambassador. There are debates as to whether or not the ambassador was actually killed by the SA (before they became the SS) as a false flag.
This assassination sparked a night of riots. Jewish shops were destroyed. Jews were beaten. All hell broke loose on the Jewish populus in Germany. The sound of the glass breaking and hitting the pavement sounded like crystals, hence the term Kristallnacht (Crystal night).
Ultimately this overwhelming response of riots, destruction, looting, beating, and rage would be the liftoff the SA needed to begin the extremely oppressive laws, taxes, and rules against the Jewish people of Germany.
Where have we seen this before in recent history?
You are missing a major factor of this night... There was a registry for gun owners several weeks prior to this under penalty of jail time. The day before Kristallnacht the Germans used the registry and removed all the guns from jews. This is another great lesson to be learned about national registries and gun rights.

Separate, but entirely valid issue. I do firmly believe that had firearms been confiscated like the left desires, the George Floyd riots would have ended with a significantly worse outcome.
I also firmly believe that if a firearm confiscation was to be attempted, civil war would immediately follow.
