Rogue DA. That confiscation will be found to be unconstitutional, and St Louis couple will be able to sue for breach of their rights

Trump is on it, apparently, but the wheels of justice move slowly. The other side needs to move to the next step so Trump has something to respond to, is my guess - by all rights they will be returned after they are exonerated, but if they aren't exonerated then Trump will step in. But feel free to remember I said this and call me out on it down the road if I turn out to be wrong.

The wheels of justice move slowly, but the wheels of injustice seem mighty quick these days.

Josh Hawley, Senator from MO, is having the DOJ opening a case against the DA, Kim Gardner's office. It's government; shit takes forever.

The raid for confiscation (the kind that supposedly will never happen) came real fast though.

Agreed 100% It's all about the corrupt DA.

Not necessary. Will go to court first. If the St Louis couple doesn’t win (bad judge) then they will appeal. Will go all the way to Suprene Court if necessary

Just in time for them to punt it. The Bolsheviks have occupied every single level of this government.

Rogue DA. Rogue police department too? Who enforced those illegal orders?

Doesn’t matter. The St Louis couple will win in court

This isnt a win. You think a poor citizen barely making ends meet can afford to sue?

Actually it does matter. It's mindless actions like this that is causing police to also lose support of decent citizens. They need to stop just following orders and start thinking for themselves. Police agencies are NOT the military.

Lost their guns, may yet lose their houses but may win in court because they're rich lawyers who did nothing wrong. So much winning, I can't stand it.

I heard that a local gun shop provided them a replacement AR-15.

Yup, and that why we have a constitution. If the St Louis couple decides to fight in court, they will win

I get it. It shouldn’t have to go to court. But when they do, the DA is going to lose bigly, probably end this career, and the ST Louis couple is going to end up with a multi million dollar settlement
