No it's not. SCOTUS decided it had that power and granted it to itself in Marbury v. Madison. Jefferson himself spoke about how that's not the intent of the judicial branch and it's a dangerous concept. That courts grabbed power way before we were born and they keep grabbing it from the people because we let them.

I don't see where Article III gives the judicial branch supremacy over the executive or the legislative. Can you tell me where it says they can order the executive around?

Ah so you support communism then. Because the judicial branch says the constitution supports communism. Actually you would probably be the one doing the killing at the execution sites the commies are known for.
