This isnt a win. You think a poor citizen barely making ends meet can afford to sue?
Actually it does matter. It's mindless actions like this that is causing police to also lose support of decent citizens. They need to stop just following orders and start thinking for themselves. Police agencies are NOT the military.
Lost their guns, may yet lose their houses but may win in court because they're rich lawyers who did nothing wrong. So much winning, I can't stand it.
I heard that a local gun shop provided them a replacement AR-15.
