Even if the wires are standing and your factory/home are safe from flood, your hydropower just blew down the gorge and through a lot of towns and out to sea, along with a lot of workers and customers. Economy flushed out to sea. Many of our pharmaceuticals are produced down river and/or depend on electricity from TGD.
More pandemic such as swine flu.
