I don't know why Jack is spreading a false headline about his own story!

If you look at it, it was a lower level member of the DNI, Lt. General Ashley, that was promoting the book to colleagues. Didn't involve DNI Director Ratcliffe (who is definitely "our guy") at all as far as I can tell.
