I agree. Is there something Trump can do? It seems like this would have to something that has to be taken to the supreme court but that would take a long time. I saw somewhere in Colorado they are enforcing 2500 fine or up to a year in jail. It's insane and not constitutional.

yeah, YOU serve jail time for not wearing a mask, but murderers and rapists get out because of concerns they'll get the virus and spread it in jail
