Fact is, these states CAN NOT USURP THE CONSTITUTION, which is the Federal law of the land. The Feds have an obligation to step in an stop this fucking madness. Peoples business and livelihoods are being ruined. The Peoples right to worship is being shit on. Basically, stifling life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
The Supreme Court already ruled on governors and mayors shutting down churches. They ruled that churches are no different than sporting events, deserve no special 1st Amendment protection, and may be shut down at will by local officials.
