I'm in California, and you need to understand, they aren't voting Democrat for Biden, they are purely voting against Trump. Many will openly acknowledge that Biden will not live out his term, and the VP will most likely take over. So, they say, "vote for the VP and Democrat political machine." It has nothing to do with Biden. He's an afterthought, they are already beyond him.
