Landlords need to sue over this immediately. They will lose their properties due to not being able to pay their mortgages. And even the banks can't afford to own all of the properties they'll be forced to seize.

They won’t last that long. Banks don’t have to follow the same affliction rules that landlords do. The banks will boot them out once they take the landlords property.
