I believe she wanted the Antifag comrade to use the words they've been programmed to say when they get in trouble and are about to be arrested, so she can film it for propaganda purposes. Could be wrong, but that is my interpretation of what she meant.

Also, NLG = National Lawyers Guild. They're a bunch of communist lawyers, law students, and paralegals who get their comrades out of trouble. They've been around since 1937 to help overthrow the U.S. government and destroy America.
