I wonder who that tab in the top left, middle of the binder entitled Karl is referring to, is it Rove? Cause he was such a good strategist in his day, I’ve read his bio and was always a fan. The last few years, he’s been a real disappointment. Idk why she’d prep over that, but this is just a complete guess. Seems thin though, she had as much to say about LBGTqrstP as she did about Mary’s Book and “LIES” which that one could fill up many binders on its own.

I've been on speech and debate teams for years, that twinkle is the "I was 100% ready for this question" look.
Some of the press sees the look and knows what's coming. Acosta the other day stammered as soon as she gave the look.
There is no better feeling than being 100% ready for your opponent's bullshit and slamming them down a peg.
