I have no idea, but the House controls initiation of Impeaching. "This person was nominated by a traitor" or so would be a good start on impeaching a SCJ - since we've decided it's all politics, all the time, no reason why not.
Impeach Roberts first (for whatever blackmail seems to be in there somewhere) and the press would be enjoying it too much to realize "Hey, wait a second here, why are they doing this?"
If he's convicted of treason (he won't be -_-), does that invalidate his presidency?
