Here is a list of a good amount of viral vaccines that DO work. Smallpox is completely eradicated from the world due to it, so how can you say antiviral vaccines don't work?

It binds to your white cells which are then incapable of killing them and instead kill each other trying to fight it off. COVID, Influenza, Smallpox and others do not bind with your T cells.
