Its Flu/Allergy season. The owner of the city wok has just received his secret wuhan duck sauce, and accidently pops some bubble wrap, becoming patient 0 for Covid. He never spreads it. Meanwhile, Biden is playing battleship with trump, but is having a hard time with his dementia, even though the FBI is telling him where Trumps ships are. Fauci flies in special to monitor the "outbreak" in Colorado. Every time someone sneezes, Dr Fauci and a bunch of medical residents rush out and stick a bicycle pump down the sneezers' throats and inflate their lungs until their chest explodes. Fauci screams at the sky that he needs more bicycle pumps. This turns into a running gag where everytime someone sneezes, Fauci runs in with a bigger and bigger armful of bicycle pumps, but only ever uses one, leaving a wasteful pile of pumps by each murder. Everytime someone tries to protest the stupidity, Fauci slaps his dirty facemask on them and puts on a new one. The Mayor comes in with the "calvary" which turns out to be blm rioters who begin burning down the city to stop the virus. Meanwhile they are spreading the normal flu to each other as they riot. Everytime the rioters loot and burn a store, their clothes get a little more brand name. As the rioters get sick, Fauci dutifully murders them as well, eventually just killing anyone without a mask. A small band of visibly sick survivors huddle in a shelter made out of bicycle pumps. Andrew Cuomo shows up with his underwear on the outside of his suit and leads them safely to a nursing home where they beat up the elderly residents, infect them, and throw out all their meds. After several days and a climactic stand-off between the survivors and Fauci's bike pump mask police, Biden finally wins the Battleship game that Trump has long abandoned. CNN reports it live. Everyone is so moved by his senile joy that they forget about the disease and go home.
