They have been sitting on a shelf for 2 weeks. If a business requires them, there is plenty of competition that doesn't. I live in a very small town. Not yet. My state/county doesn't require them. They have been sitting on a shelf for 2 weeks. If a business requires them, there is plenty of competition that doesn't. I live in a very small town. No Walmart, just mom and pop places.
